The Website does not host or conduct these services directly. Additionally, Lauragraye.com features an AI tool that guides users through emotional triggers, which does not store any user data.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use Lauragraye.com for lawful purposes only and in compliance with these Terms. You may not:

3. Purchases and Payments

Payments for our services are processed via Stripe or another third-party payment processor.

Lauragraye.com does not conduct or host the services themselves:

4. Refund Policy

All sales of our services are final and non-refundable, except under the following conditions:

Duplicate Purchase: If a duplicate order was placed, a refund may be issued.
Service Not Delivered as Advertised: If a service is materially different from what was advertised, a refund may be considered.

How to Request a Refund: All refund requests must be sent to support@lauragraye.com with order details. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days if approved.

5. Shipping or Delivery Policy

Lauragraye.com does not sell physical goods. All services are delivered electronically:

Consultation details and Zoom links are provided via email after booking.
Course access details are provided via email in due time.

6. Return Policy and Process

Since Lauragraye.com offers digital and service-based products, returns do not apply. However, if you experience access issues, refer to our Refund Policy above for resolution.

7. Cancellation Policy

Consultation Cancellations.

Cancellations more than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation: Customers may reschedule for a later date at no additional charge.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the consultation: A reschedule is only allowed if we manage to fill the slot with another booking. If we cannot fill the slot, no refund or reschedule will be provided.
No-shows: If you fail to attend your consultation, no refunds or rescheduling will be provided.

8. AI Tool Disclaimer

Lauragraye.com provides an AI tool designed to guide users through emotional triggers. By using this tool, you acknowledge and agree that:

The AI tool is for personal insight and self-reflection purposes only.
It is not a substitute for professional mental health support, therapy, or medical advice.
The AI tool logs user entries, but these logs are stored on a third-party platform (Botpress.com). Lauragraye.com does not use these logs for any purpose and has no control over how long they are stored.
We make no guarantees about the effectiveness or outcomes of using the AI tool.
