Cancellation policy:

• Cancellations more than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation: Customers may reschedule for a later date at no additional charge.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the consultation: A reschedule is only allowed if we manage to fill the slot with another booking. If we cannot fill the slot, no refund or reschedule will be provided.
• No-shows: If you fail to attend your consultation, no refunds or rescheduling will be provided.
